A global leader in express logistics is recruiting its future Commercial Manager – Antananarivo, Madagascar.

• Is fluent in both French and English, spoken and written

Main Responsibilities:

🎯 Commercial Strategy

• Define and implement the subsidiary's commercial strategy

• Align national objectives with the group's priorities

• Contribute to defining the overall strategy at the local level

• Approve major commercial projects and key pricing decisions

📈 Sales Growth & Customer Retention

• Increase revenue, market share, and customer satisfaction

• Track and improve pipeline performance

• Implement tools to enhance conversion and retention

• Lead key negotiations and supply chain strategies

🤝 Team Management

• Structure and lead a high-performing sales team

• Recruit, support, and develop sales managers' skills

• Monitor individual and team performance

• Promote alignment with regional teams and internal stakeholders

📊 Analysis & Market Intelligence

• Track market evolution, competitors, and innovations

• Analyze results and adjust strategy accordingly

• Collaborate with regional marketing and sales teams

Requirements & Skills :

• Degree in business, management, or a related field

• Proven experience (at least 5 years) in a commercial leadership role

• Experience in express logistics or supply chain is highly valued

• Fluent in both written and spoken French and English
